About the Project
Danfoss is a global leader in engineering solutions for climate and energy. Rayabhari Tech developed an AI-powered predictive maintenance system and energy optimisation engine for Danfoss industrial equipment, enabling customers to prevent failures and reduce energy consumption.
Equipment failures were causing costly downtime and unplanned maintenance. Energy consumption was not being optimised dynamically based on real operating conditions.
Built LSTM-based time series models for failure prediction from sensor data, developed an energy optimisation engine using reinforcement learning, and integrated with Danfoss existing monitoring infrastructure.
Reduced unplanned downtime by 53%, cut maintenance costs by 29%, and achieved 15% average energy savings across monitored installations.
